LITTLE BARTON, HARTLAND, DEVON: JULY 2022 and 2023 

YOGA AND AYURVEDIC RETREAT

After more than a decade, I took a group of students back to this special area of the UK and the wonderful venue of Little Barton, a beautifully restored Devonshire coastal farmhouse.  My daughter, Iona Sherwood, crafted two delicious Ayurvedic inspired meals each day, and now in 2024 we have students joining for the third year as the retreat becomes an annual event.
