We are so delighted to be welcoming Bobby back to Worcester after 3 years and a global pandemic. Bobby is teaching in several locations across the UK, and in what will be her eightieth year, she is giving as much to us all in Yoga as she ever has. Bobby has put together an exciting and varied programme, starting in a more esoteric aspect of Yoga on Friday, where we will explore the chakras. On Saturday she will look at spinal and immune health. Sunday will be a full day of practical support to understand the issues around menopause challenges.
